From the planning stage to the night of the event, Chef Anna used her expertise of phenomenal food and meticulously professional party planning to ensure that every detail of the catering experience was perfect. She worked with us to plan an excellent menu and determine the logistics of the reception hall in advance of the event, so that the ultimate result was a stress-free and smooth night of celebrating with delicious food. So I recently hosted a residential happy hour event from 4-6 and needed a last minute caterer to help with the lite bites. Anna was able to attend and even meet my budget needs!! Chef Anna provided an AMAZING dinner party for my Aunt & Uncle's Anniversary. We requested a Southern fusion and she went above and beyond with the most unique and delicious Caribbean fried chicken, an appetizer of collard green wontons, so many delicious sides, and the best peach cobbler anyone at the party had ever tasted. Every person at the dinner party talked all night about the food. Our family cannot recommend her enough and we will definitely use her services again.
